Delaney Sawicki-Lake

Throughout my experience in the HEAL Lab I have witnessed my strengths as a researcher grow, in the presence of scholars who truly care about the impact of our work.
Delaney Sawicki-Lake is a graduate student in the Psychological Sciences program at the University of North Florida and an alumna of Louisiana State University. Her research interests include exploring the biopsychosocial outcomes associated with perinatal bereavement and infant loss. She is especially interested in bridging the gap between data collection and intervention development in the perinatal bereavement and infant loss sector.
In her academic career, she hopes to continue working, studying, and collaborating in research by pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology. When Delaney is not in the lab, she enjoys outdoor adventures, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
